The Organization for Promoting Renewable Energies in Africa (OPER AFRICA), is an Ivorian NGO created in 2009 with Head Office in Abidjan Cocody Riviera 4, which aims to:

- Encourage the development of products and services in the field of renewable energies and environmental technologies in Africa
- Participate in the creation of favorable conditions for promoting competent actors in the field of renewable energies and environmental technologies in Africa
- Develop links with other national and international organizations in order to constitute a network of skills and promotion, as well as to stimulate the transfert of knowledge and technologies among universities, R&D institutions, companies and markets
- Promote renewable energies and environmental technologies to the econimic actors, to the publics agencies and to entrepreneurs
- Stimulate in Africa an innovative , dynamic, competitive environment in the field of renewable energies and environment.
